THE CORE & CALM STORY
Core & Calm was founded with a simple intention — to create a serene, premium space where movement becomes a meaningful part of everyday self-care. Established by Himanshu Goswami, the studio blends contemporary Pilates techniques with time-honored yoga practices, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner balance in a calm, supportive environment.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended for reformer sessions.
Each class lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Currently, sessions are conducted in-studio to provide personalized guidance and hands-on support. Please contact us directly for updates on online or virtual class availability.
No prior experience is required. Our sessions are designed for all levels, and instructors provide guided support and modifications to ensure beginners feel comfortable while allowing experienced participants to progress safely.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session begins. This allows time to settle in, prepare your equipment, and start the class feeling relaxed and focused.
Yes. Many of our sessions focus on controlled, low-impact movement that supports rehabilitation and posture improvement. Please inform your instructor about any injuries or medical concerns before the class so exercises can be safely modified.
